As part of a borough-wide study to better understand business needs, LBWF have appointed Regeneris to consult with businesses on the Argall Industrial Estate.
Waltham Forest Council is committed to supporting and strengthening the local economy. In the recently published 2016-2020 Economic Growth Strategy, they committed to working closely with local businesses over the next four years, providing them with the support they need to prosper. As part of this, LBWF want to ensure that longstanding businesses are able to stay in the Borough, while encouraging new businesses and sectors to locate or start up.
To be able to do this, LBWF need to understand more about the factors underpinning the local economy: in particular, the availability and suitability of business space, the aspirations of businesses, and any factors constraining potential for growth.
LBWF have appointed Regeneris Consulting to help gather this information. Over the course of April and May, a team of researchers from Regeneris are visiting industrial areas across the Borough to undertake a detailed audit of business space and businesses and will be visiting Argall BID businesses during April and May.
Regeneris will be using a short business questionnaire and the findings will be used to inform the council how it can best support the business community.
