BID Levy Bills & Reminder Notices

If you have recently received a BID levy bill or a reminder notice – PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE IT. Bills are generated by the Councils Revenue & Benefits Department using software that links it to business rate bills.

If you have a query – please direct it to quoting your BID reference number. If you are attempting to make payment the easiest way is by credit/debit card on 0208496 3000 and follow the options.

Alternatively online payments can be made at or through telephone banking. You will need your BID account number and the following details: sort code 20-00-00, bank account number 53234460. Payments can also be made in person at the Customer Service Centre: 137 Hoe Street, E17 4RT between 8.30am and 6pm Monday-Friday
